🔁 Refund & Return Policy
At our company, we strive to deliver the highest quality service with professionalism and dedication. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund or revision under the following terms and conditions:
📌 1. Refund Eligibility:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, you may request a refund within 3 business days of service delivery.
A 100% refund is applicable only if the order is canceled before work has started or before the first delivery is made.
If the work has been partially completed, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the completed portion.
📌 2. Return Policy (for Digital Content):
Once digital content such as videos, designs, or audio files has been fully delivered, it cannot be returned.
However, if there is any mistake, error, or deviation from the originally agreed requirements, we will offer free revisions to correct the issue.
📌 3. Revision Policy:
Each order includes 2 to 3 free revisions, based on specific feedback from the client.
Any additional revisions beyond this may require an extra charge.
📌 4. Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted via email or our official WhatsApp number: 0174944283.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through Bkash, Nagad, or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.
📌 5. Custom Project Policy:
For custom projects (e.g. scripts, animation, website design, etc.), once the work has started, refunds are generally not applicable.
However, in special cases, we may review the situation and come to a mutual agreement.
